At Departmentsuperi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pre-loved wardrobe purchases. We understand that purchasing pre-loved pieces online can be challenging, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Items must be free of any damage, stains, or odors
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing tags or labels
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Final sale items (if clearly marked as such)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at infocenter@departmentsuperi.world or through our contact form to request a return authorization
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
- Include the return authorization number with your return
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item that doesn't match the description, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Condition of Pre-Loved Items
All pre-loved items are carefully inspected before sale and described accurately. Minor signs of wear consistent with the item's age and use are expected and are part of the character of pre-loved pieces. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
